Modified engines often have problems with vapor locks caused by heated carburettors. You have to isolate the carbs from the manifolds to solve this problem. Our heat insulation flanges do just that! You still have to use the paper gaskets which are part of the set, but they are also available separately. This way you can use the heat insulation flanges over and over again.

One set per throttle necessary, so you need two for one Solex 40PII carburetor.
